CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION- A fun 45 minute small group session that is a combination of strength & cardio programs using a variety of equipment & bodyweight moves that will get that heart rate up & burning some calories. I can personally adapt the program to suit YOU. It is suited to all fitness levels from a beginner to the exercise junkie or if you are carrying minor injuries or have limitations, this small group session is perfect for you. It can also be run as a zoom session when hiccups occur in your life and muck up your routine. The zoom session requires minimal equipment (household items can come in handy for this)

30 MINUTE EXPRESS SESSION- A fun and quick workout for people that want to get in, get it done & out in 30 minutes. Programs include HIIT, Strength training, resistance training & cardio. These sessions are a great way to start your day!

BOXING FOR FITNESS SESSION– Simple boxing combinations with simple high impact cardio moves to push your heart rate & increase the calorie burn. Cardio moves can be modified to low impact to suit any fitness level. No partner or gloves required.

CLUBBERCISE- Clubbercise is a cardio workout set to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits.
Classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights & LED glowsticks.
The easy to follow routines are a fusion of dance, toning & combat with high & low impact options to suit all fitness levels.
One clubbercise class can burn up to 600 calories.

The Monday night session is 1 hour face to face held at Schofields Community Hall.

Thursday night is 45 minutes and delivered via Zoom.
