Small GROUP TRAINING Sessions
Regardless of how fit you are, our small Group Training sessions are the perfect way to jump start your metabolism and improve your fitness level. Lose body fat, gain lean muscle and take control of your health. All sessions are suitable to all fitness levels as they are tailored so that every individual gets the workout that suits them while being within a small group environment.
Every session is different & varies between strength & cardio styles of training, with & without equipment. There is also options for a zoom session as well if you are stuck at home or late home from work but still want to attend.

Zoom Online Fitness Training (45 Minute Sessions)
30 MINUTE EXPRESS SESSIONS
A fun and quick workout for people that want to get in, get it done & out in 30 minutes. Programs include HIIT, Strength training, resistance training & cardio. These sessions are a great way to start your day! Suitable for all fitness levels as exercises can be regressed or progressed to suit YOU.
Conveniently available Monday-Thursday Mornings @ 9:15am after school drop off.
BOXING FOR FITNESS SESSIONS
Simple boxing combinations with simple high impacts cardio moves to push the heart rate & increase calorie burn. The cardio moves can be modified to low impact to suit any fitness level. No partner or gloves required. 30 minute & 45 minute sessions.
With a maximum of 2 participants per session, semi-private classes provide you the benefits of one-on-one training at an affordable price. You can choose to train with a family member or friend. This is great if you need the extra accountability. You’ll both be individually assessed and given a tailored training plan and work on your goals with closer trainer supervision.
Semi private sessions are 45 minutes duration & are a max. 2 people
PERSONAL 1-ON 1 TRAINING SESSIONS
1-on 1 Training is a private class just for you. You will do a goal setting & strategy session so we can make a plan on the best way to achieve your goals. The session is all about you & is scheduled at a time that best suit you.
Personal 1-on 1 training sessions are 45 minutes duration.
