PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

With a maximum of 2 participants per session, private and semi-private classes provide you the benefits of one-on-one training at an affordable price. You’ll be individually assessed and given a tailored training plan and work on your goals with closer trainer supervision.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

Private 1 on 1 – 30min or 1 hour session (Max. 1)

Semi-Private – 30min or 1 hour session (Max. 2)
